Meet Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren, a mentor for moms of littles who want to trust their intuition, set boundaries with confidence, ask for support when they need it, and create a peaceful, fulfilling motherhood experience.

 

With an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, years of experience supporting highly sensitive women, and being a mom myself (I have a 2.5 year old and our second child is due in July), I know firsthand how overwhelming motherhood can feel when you’re constantly overstimulated, overextended, second-guessing yourself, and feeling like you're not totally sure who you even are anymore. If you’ve been stuck in survival mode, feeling reactive, exhausted, and unsure if you’re doing “enough” as a mom, you’re not alone, and I’m here to help.

As a mom myself, I understand the deep love you have for your child and the guilt that creeps in when you feel like you’re falling short. I also know that when you learn to honor your needs, trust your instincts, and let go of the pressure to parent a certain way, everything shifts. You become more present, patient, and connected-- not just to your child, but to yourself. I teach moms how to move from overwhelm to calm, from people-pleasing to empowered, and from chaos to peace, all by reconnecting with the inner wisdom they already have.

Motherhood isn’t meant to feel like a constant struggle. You deserve to enjoy this season of life while raising an emotionally healthy child. I’d love to help you get there. Let’s walk this journey together.

Because of our work together I have a better understanding of HSPs, much better tools to support sensitivities, and finally found normalization/community in being an HSP, which really helps me accept HSP experiences.
