What Clients Say

"Talking to Lauren has not only helped me to understand my own HSP tendencies better, but has also helped me be a better parent to a young HSP. Our coaching sessions have reinforced my own observations of myself and my daughter and have provided me with practical ideas on how to respond to my daughter's tantrums and stubborn streak. We've made a smooth transition into kindergarten, thanks in part to Lauren's thoughtful guidance leading into the school year."

You deserve a motherhood experience that feels peaceful and fulfilling.

Motherhood is often portrayed as a whirlwind of endless to-do lists, playdates, and activities. But for a highly sensitive mom, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, out of touch with yourself, and disconnected from your needs. The pressure to do it all— while remaining calm and joyful— can feel impossible. You’re doing your best, but there’s just too much happening, and it’s hard to find a moment for YOU.

What if there was another way?

What if you could feel grounded, balanced, and fully connected to your inner strength and maternal intuition? What if you could move from survival mode to truly thriving, with a deep sense of peace, presence, and calm?

This is exactly what Rooted was designed to help you achieve.

This program is for you if:

You’re a highly sensitive mom of littles who wants to feel more grounded, calm, and confident.

You’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, drained, and disconnected from yourself in your role as a mother.

You want a deeper connection with your maternal intuition and a stronger sense of peace in your day-to-day life.

You’re ready to let go of perfectionism, set loving boundaries, and reclaim joy in your motherhood.

You want to connect with a community of other highly sensitive moms who just get it.

I get it-- you were so excited to be a mom, but having a baby is a big adjustment.

Maybe this sounds familiar to you— I've been there too:

It’s 2 a.m. The baby is crying—again—and you’re torn between exhaustion and love. The sound feels deafening, like it’s vibrating through every nerve in your body. You pick up your baby, and their little face melts your heart. Yet, at the same time, you’re overwhelmed by the weight of their needs, the lack of sleep, and the endless cycle of feedings and diaper changes.

If you’re a sensitive mom, this moment might feel both magical and utterly overwhelming. That’s the duality of motherhood for someone with a highly sensitive nervous system. You experience life—and parenting—with incredible depth, but that depth can sometimes feel like too much.

Being a highly sensitive person means that your nervous system is finely tuned.

This sensitivity brings a profound capacity for love and connection, but it also means you’re more prone to overstimulation, overwhelm, and burnout.

As the mom of a baby or toddler, you face unique challenges. The early years are demanding—constant caregiving, sleepless nights, and a complete upheaval of your identity. For an HSP, this stage can be particularly draining.

You process everything more deeply--your baby’s cries, their tiniest smiles, the advice (and judgment) of others, and even the mess on the floor that never seems to disappear.

But here's what I know for certain: Your sensitivity is not a weakness. It’s a strength.

You may have been told that exhaustion and overwhelm are "just part of motherhood," but the truth is...

While the transition from no kids to having kids is huge, you absolutely can still care for and nurture yourself and be the calm, present mom you want to be.

Before I had my daughter, I DID have my self-care figured out, and I was thriving. But I knew that having a baby would change all of this, and boy, did it ever!

I had to re-figure out how to take care of myself as a mother, and it took a while. As a stay-at-home mom, I felt it difficult to separate from my daughter for a long time-- not because I felt like I had to be with her all the time, but because I WANTED to be with her all the time. But as time went on, I could feel that not tending to my needs was taking a toll on my well-being, and I knew things had to change.

I took my knowledge of what I had previously done for my self-care and, using my support system and making small mindset shifts, found ways to make it work. I'd love to help you do the same!

By the end of ROOTED, you will have a clear sense of your identity as a mother, feel more confident in your ability to meet both your needs and your child’s needs, and learn how to use your unique sensitivity as a strength.

Here's what that might look like:

You set boundaries with confidence, ask for help when you need it, and no longer feel guilty for prioritizing your well-being. You feel calm, present, and connected with your child, modeling the self-care and emotional regulation you want them to learn. You no longer feel like you’re running on empty, trying to meet everyone’s needs but your own. Instead, you feel empowered to honor your sensitivity, recognizing it as a strength rather than a struggle.

You’ve learned how to protect your energy, say no without guilt, and create a home environment that feels peaceful and supportive. When challenges arise, you respond with patience and presence, knowing you have the tools to regulate your emotions and support your child through theirs.

Move from feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected, to feeling grounded, empowered, and fully present in your motherhood

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by your child's meltdowns, unsure of how to set boundaries, or simply craving connection with others who are walking a similar path, these calls are a place to breathe, reflect, and grow.

The beauty of these calls lies in the blend of personalized guidance and community support. You’ll not only receive insights from me, but you’ll also learn from the experiences and wisdom of other moms who understand the depths of your feelings and the unique challenges of raising littles while staying true to your sensitive, big-hearted self.

Weekly Journaling Prompts & Guided Exercises

In the beautiful chaos of motherhood, it’s easy to lose sight of your own voice. That’s why ROOTED includes bi-weekly journaling prompts and guided exercises, lovingly created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for your inner wisdom.

These aren’t just check-the-box reflection questions. Each prompt is crafted with the sensitive, tender-hearted mama in mind—nudging you to explore what you need, what you feel, and who you’re becoming. Whether you’ve got five quiet minutes during naptime or you're scribbling in the margins of a busy day, these prompts will gently guide you back to center.

The guided exercises complement the prompts, offering bite-sized practices to support your growth. Whether it’s a breathwork ritual, a values-based reflection, or a simple grounding practice, these tools meet you where you are—and help you root even more deeply into who you are.

Over time, these simple weekly practices become more than just reflections—they become anchors. A rhythm. A ritual. A way of listening to yourself and honoring your experience as a highly sensitive mother. They’ll help you notice what’s working, shift what’s not, and gently guide you toward a motherhood experience that feels more aligned, more empowered, and more you.

This is your sacred space to feel, process, and grow—one journal page, one tiny transformation at a time.

Lifetime Access to All Program Materials

Motherhood doesn’t follow a straight line—it’s a spiral of learning, unlearning, growing, and returning to yourself again and again. That’s why when you join ROOTED, you’ll receive lifetime access to all program materials— because this journey deserves to be revisited as often as you need.

From our group mentorship call recordings to every journaling prompt, guided exercise, and resource we share, everything lives in a cozy, private online space you can return to whenever it fits into your life. Maybe you missed a call while juggling bedtime. Maybe a concept hits differently three months from now when your little one enters a new stage. Maybe you simply want a moment to yourself and a reminder of the grounding tools that once helped you breathe deeper.

This isn’t just access, it’s permission. Permission to go at your own pace. To grow in your own rhythm. To honor your season, your sensitivity, and your time.

Having lifetime access means you’re never “behind.” You can revisit your favorite practices, relisten to group calls, and reflect on how far you’ve come and how you’re continuing to root even more deeply into your own version of motherhood.

Because real transformation doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in moments, revisits, and returns. And with ROOTED, you’ll have everything you need, whenever you need it.

Support from Someone Who Truly Gets It

You don’t have to explain why you’re crying over spilled milk (literally, right?)—or why loud toys, constant noise, or the weight of everyone’s needs feels like too much.

I’m not just a mentor. I’m a highly sensitive mom, too. I’ve felt the chaos and the magic. The overstimulation and the soul-stirring love. I know how heavy it can feel to carry it all, especially when your sensitivity feels more like a burden than a strength.

That’s why this mentorship isn’t clinical or surface-level. It’s heart-centered. Compassionate. Rooted in deep understanding.

Together, we’ll create space for your sensitivity to be seen, respected, and celebrated—and I’ll walk with you every step of the way, not as someone who’s above you, but as someone who’s been there and gets it.
